I am a lifelong resident of Harford County and have been serving the community as an insurance agent for over 25 years. I grew up in the Forest Hill area and attended Hickory Elementary, Southampton Middle, & John Carroll High School. After graduating from Towson State University, I started my insurance career in 1990 as part-owner of an Allstate agency in Bel Air, along with my father (George Schilling).

After 17 + years representing just one company, I decided to branch out on my own as an independent insurance agent. In April of 2008 I opened Northern Chesapeake Insurance Services, Inc. As an independent agent, I am now able to represent several insurance carriers at one time. This would allow me to better represent my clients’ needs. With several quality insurance companies connected to my agency, I can shop around to find the best fit in terms of coverage and price for each individual client.

I am married & have 4 children as well as a labradoodle named “Snoopy”. I live right here in Bel Air. I’m an avid sports fan and love our local teams! I also enjoy coaching youth sports here in Harford County.
